My stay at Fatehgarh!!!!!!

Hello all...a while ago me & my family were visiting my home town,Udaipur...around the month of march..& we planned on exploring this place called 'Fatehgarh'.it is around 10km from town centre, situated atop the hill Sisarma.

Its spread over 25 acres of rugged hillock & surrounded by the Sajjangarh Wildlife Sanctuary.

One visit and we were so mesmerised by it that we decided on coming back for a two night stay)))

On the way.....

The best part was..when we reached there & gotta know our rooms had been upgraded to the presidential suite with a private swimming pool..wohoo!!

This place has its own unique charm..with mountains on either sides & it also overlooks the Lake Pichola from a distance

these mountains look all the more breath taking around the month of august...that's when the rains shower & cover them with diff  hues of green!

Fatehgarh has a castle like exterior & a typical palace architecture..& gives an impression, like many other hotels in Udaipur,of being restored from a fort or palace..but it has actually been built from scratch!!

The landscaping & interiors are on par with the architecture...making it a visual delight!

We had a great time indulging in the spa too!!and at night we used to have the chef's special pasta...so yummy.
I met two vry vry adorable dogs there...the small one is a pug named pangy..haha!!& he was sooo naughty!!

So it was great trip & a good change as its a little away from the city.
One thing that i loved the most was the kind of mood this place gets you in,it has a vry calming effect on one.You can just sit around the pool & keep gazing at the mountains and greenery for hours together!!
It was simply surreal.

Does Knowloedge Overpower Faith?

As kids we would very easily believe what was told to us...be it about the Santa Claus, the tooth fairy...angels,fairy tales..anything!!

At that age we didn't have the understanding to question it & nor did we have enough facts to disagree...so we simply accepted what was being told.

Then as we start growing up & begin to have encounters with the outside world,we gain more and more knowledge...and start exploring the world on our own....& eventually perceive things through these experiences.

But as we take to this path...,which is also very essential for our growth,we somewhere loose out on our innocence & begin to have a more realistic approach to life.we analyse & question every aspect of it...making fairy tales just a happy childhood memory!!

It becomes a little difficult to have faith in miracles,as we face life & its realities..our minds don't allow us to believe in them very easily.

Therefore the way it is important to gain knowledge & become wiser with age,the same way it is also very important to keep the fire of faith burning,as only that can take us beyond knowledge!

Let knowledge guide your brain, but also listen to your heart,as only it can guide you to when it is about time for you to take the next big leap of faith!!

Never under power the strength of faith, since the stronger your faith is,the more eligible you become for all the beautiful miracles to happen in your life))!!!
